General Responsibilities

- Monitor progress: Fitness coaches teach clients how to track their progress and behaviors
- Adapt programs: Fitness coaches adjust programs as needed based on their clients’ progress
- Provide options: Fitness coaches offer options during workouts to help clients feel successful
Football fitness coaches are responsible for the physical performance of a football team. They design training programs to improve strength, speed, agility, and endurance, and to reduce the risk of injury.
Responsibilities within Football
- Design training programs: Create plans for the whole season that take into account the players’ individual abilities and the team’s needs
- Monitor progress: Use tools like BMI and body fat percentage to track how players are improving
