With over 14 years of experience at Tranmere Rovers FC, I bring a dual qualification in Podiatry and Sports Rehabilitation, specialising in lower limb injuries, soft tissue therapy, and foot health in elite sport.
As a HCPC-registered healthcare professional and a member of The Royal College of Podiatry, I deliver evidence-based, athlete-focused care that supports performance and long-term health. My approach goes beyond treatment-I take time to listen, understand players’ concerns, and offer the reassurance and support they need during rehab and recovery.
I provide specialist advice and treatment in foot and ankle care, injury rehabilitation, and soft tissue therapy, alongside education on self-care strategies and footwear selection-on and off the pitch. My aim is to keep players moving well, recovering confidently, and performing at their highest level.
