I am an experienced and highly skilled physiotherapist with a background in professional rugby, Olympic sports and football, including West Ham Utd, AFC Bournemouth and Arsenal. My special interests including optimisation of rehabilitation and injury risk management strategies with research focus on the management of hamstring injuries. I have a high degree of competency with on-field injury management, with current ATTMiF, advanced emergency training since 2010 (RFU & FA) and previous experience in high contact/collision sports. Working effectively within the MDT, I can lead in planning and executing player care to the highest standards.
