FMA at Soccerex Convention


The FMA Team will be at the Soccerex Convention in Manchester at the beginning of next week.

FMA Member Nick Worth who has over 20 years experience in the professional game will be charing a panel discussion on day one entitled “Building Resilience in Modern-Day Footballers”.   Nick will be joined by fellow FMA Members Swindon Town FC Sports Scientist, Chris Neville, Neil Hough, Head Physiotherapists at Manchester United Academy and Mark Leather, formerly of Bolton Wanderers, Liverpool FC and Burnley FC and now Senior Lecturer at University of Central Lancashire.  The session will look at ‘Physical Robustness ‘, ‘Grit’ and Resiliency’ in football.

The 2017 edition of the Soccerex Global Convention, will take place on the 04 – 06 September 2017 at the Manchester Central Convention Complex.

For the final time in Manchester, the event will bring together the leading buyers and suppliers
from around the world for three days of unrivalled insight, networking and business, all at the heart of one of the biggest football cities in the world.
