The Ultimate Mind Game?

For those that have played golf, there is always a shot each time we play that allows us to puff out our chest, and feel like the game is easy. There will also be the missed putt or topped drive that can have us raging.

But what of the science? Our research published in BJSM (Murray et al 2017- Scoping Review), and BMJ Open (Luscombe et al 2017) shows golf can provide health enhancing physical activity, and thus can be expected to have physical health, longevity and mental health benefits.
