The FMPA Annual Awards recognises medicine and performance clubs and individual practitioners who have made exceptional progress, outstanding contributions or extensive service within professional football.

The event will take place on Thursday 23rd May at the Radisson Blu East Midlands Hotel in Derby. We are delighted that for the 3rd year the event will be hosted by BBC Sports News presenter Hugh Ferris who has worked in the broadcast industry for more than 20 years. His experience on television and radio includes more than a decade with BBC radio and television: He has appeared on BBC One, BBC Breakfast and the BBC News Channel, while since 2011 and also presented on Radio 5 Live, the World Service, and the Radio 2 Breakfast Show with both Zoe Ball and previously Chris Evans.
